Order Processing & Tracking

• You’ll receive an order confirmation via call and email, along with your order number.
• Orders are initially marked Pending, updated to Shipped upon dispatch, and marked Delivered once received.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will attempt to contact you for up to four business days.

Please do not accept a COD parcel if its seal appears opened or damaged before payment. If you encounter any issues with your order, contact us at our customer support via the details provided on our website.

Shipping Charges & Timelines

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
• A delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. During peak shopping seasons or major sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

For orders above Rs. 10,000, advance payment is required. Our team will contact you after order confirmation to share payment details.
